Hopeful determination drives discipline.

As an #entrepreneur you certainly have to be #disciplined. But think back to how it all started. You have to believe in what you offer so strongly that you hope others  will believe in what you offer too. 

No one is pushing you. You’re not clocking in. You’re not being held accountable to anyone but yourself…

But every single day you are motivated to keep going, keep #learning, keep #improving, keep #growing - both personally and professionally. 

It’s a thrilling ride full of hills and valleys! But we have the #opportunity to work on something that we’re excited about each and every day. We’re being pulled toward a vision that probably continues to evolve and grow as we do. 

We know that what we offer will help others. It’s all about the #people. We have to be passionate about helping others, no doubt! My vision started with my family. That’s probably a whole different post!
